I like to use the word nutrition more than diet because when people hear the word diet they think short term. Eating healthy to lose weight can not be a short term period or it will only last for a short amount of time.
If you are not eating healthy and you want to be healthy then you have to start eating healthy. Its the law of attraction and it applies to you too. If you eat unhealthy then you will
be unhealthy. If you eat healthy then you will be healthy.
